- BZA 2025-10 Conditional Use for 10146 Campbell Avenue, Conversion of an existing attached garage into a Granny Cottage. This request was approved at the September 8 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting.
- BZA 2025-11 Variance request for home addition and alteration at 9287 East Kemper Road. This request was approved at the October 6 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting.
- BZA 2025-12 - Variance approval for a digital freestanding sign at 8757 Harpers Point Drive that would have a greater percentage of variable message area than permitted and located closer to the property line than permitted in an existing "E" retail district. This request was approved at the December 1 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting.
- BZA 2025-13 - Conditional Use approval to replace an existing kiosk building with a new kiosk building located in the existing parking lot of the Loveland Castle property. This case was continued to the January 5, 2026 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting.
- BZA 2025-14 - Conditional Use approval to allow a preschool within an existing church building, including construction of a new playground on the existing property. This request was approved at the December 1 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting.

- BZA 2024-01 (PDF) - Reviewed a Conditional Use permit application received from David Sjoberg to use a single-family residence at 9278 Cactus Lane as a short-term rental permitted in Sections 151 and 183 of the Zoning Resolution at their meeting on February 5, 2024 at 7:00pm at the Township Administration building.
- BZA 2024-02 (PDF) - Reviewed a variance request from Brooke Lewis for the construction of a chicken coop to be located partly on an adjacent parcel without a principal structure and with less than the required side yard setback permitted under Sections 31.3-3, 74.14-11, 82.14-11 and 281 of the Zoning Resolution at 12007/12019 Rich Road at their meeting on February 5, 2024 at 7:00pm at the Township Administration building.
- BZA 2024-03 (PDF) Reviewed a revision to a Conditional Use that was approved for the conversion of the existing turf athletic field into multi-purposed synthetic fields, the construction of a grandstand with locker rooms and other improvements to Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy at 11312 Snider Road. The changes included a reduction in stadium seating from 1,000 to 500, a shift in the location of the locker rooms to be located next to the restrooms and sports lighting for all fields.
- BZA 2024-04 (PDF) Reviewed an application received for the construction of a single-family residence to be located on a parcel designated as 12023 Maple Avenue without satisfactory access to an improved street.
- BZA 2024-05 (PDF) Reviewed an application received for the addition to an existing principal structure and with less than required side yard setback at the premises as required at 9028 Link Road.
- BZA 2024-07 (PDF) Reviewed an application received from Evans Landscape Inc. for the installation of a ground mounted sign that exceeds the maximum allowable height and includes variable/electronic message center at 9743 East Kemper Road.
- BZA 2024-08 (PDF) Reviewed a Conditional Use request to tear down and build a new library at 11850 Enyart Road.
- BZA 2024-09 (PDF) Reviewed a Conditional Use application received to operate a food truck with picnic tables in a vacant drive through location at 8733 Fields Ertel Road.
- BZA 2024-10 (PDF) Reviewed an appeal of the Zoning Administrator's decision regarding a notice of refusal for a zoning certificate for the construction of a cannabis dispensary retailer at 12160 Mason Road.
- BZA 2024-11 (PDF) Reviewed a Conditional Use application received to build a new building that will dispense recreational/medical marijuana permitted at 12160 Mason Road.

- BZA 2023-01 (PDF) - Continued the review of a Conditional Use application received from Symmes Elementary, 11820 Enyart Road, for the construction of a variable message center ground sign which is permitted under Section 311 and Section 319.1-2 of the zoning resolution.
- BZA 2023-02 (PDF) - Review a Conditional Use application received from Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, 11312 Snider Road, for the conversion of the existing turf athletic field into multi-purposed synthetic fields, a grandstand with locker rooms, a press box, public address system, sports lighting, covered bleachers, storage building and new restrooms which is permitted under Section 380 and table 35-1 of the zoning resolution.
