Administration Department
The Administrator is responsible for implementing policy of the Township Board of Trustees and for overall Township operations. Finance, personnel, parks, events, cemetery, and property maintenance functions are conducted by the Administration Department.

Cemeteries
The Symmes Township Board of Trustees owns and maintains three cemeteries: Union Cemetery, Kerr Cemetery, and Waldschmidt Cemetery.

Fire
Symmes Township has a contract with the Loveland Symmes Fire Department (a private company) to provide 24 hour per day, seven days per week fire and emergency medical services.

Fiscal Officer
The fiscal officer is committed to establishing transparency in the operations of the fiscal office, instituting a cooperative working relationship with all other entities of the Township government, reversing practices of the former fiscal officer that resulted in wasted taxpayer dollars, and identifying areas of waste and assisting in implementing changes that give our taxpayers more bang for their buck.

Police
Under its contract with the Hamilton County Sheriff, Symmes Township provides deputies and vehicles which are specific and dedicated to Symmes Township, and which are on duty 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Services Department
The Symmes Township Service Department is responsible for the maintenance of roads, including snow removal, and maintaining the Township's park facilities, cemeteries, buildings, grounds and equipment.
