Permits and inspections are required for driveway construction, open pavement cuts (including jacking or tunneling), and excavation within a public right-of-way by the Symmes Township Service Department. There is a $50 fee for each permit. Cash or checks are accepted. Applications need to be filled out and returned to Will Burns, Director of Public Works by email or in person.
