The applicant is considering a proposed zone change from "A" Residence to "DD" Planned Multiple Residence District. The subject property is located in Symmes Township along the north side of Kemper Road, east of Montgomery Road (Parcel #620-0210-0240). The property consists of approximately 1.925 acres of land.
