Our utility aggregation program continues to save money for our residents. Our latest report shows that between October of 2024 and September of 2025, Electricity Aggregation saved a total of $492,474 or $113 per residence. Natural Gas Aggregation saved a total of $80,427 or $28 per residence. Residences are automatically opted into the program and must opt out if they wish to have Duke Energy or other providers provide their electricity and natural gas.
