The Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) of Hamilton County, Ohio, will conduct public hearings to consider MSD's proposed 2026 Operating Budget, proposed 2026 Capital Budget and 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP), and revised sewer rates.
