NOTICE OF BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MEETING OF SYMMES TOWNSHIP
The Symmes Township Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Monday November 3, 2025, at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be held at the Symmes Township Administration Building, 9323 Union Cemetery Road, Loveland, OH 45140.
Case for consideration is:
2025-12; Liz Salisbury, applicant, to request a variance to allow a new freestanding sign with more digital sign area and less setback than required at 8713 Harpers Point Drive, to replace an existing freestanding sign with a new digital freestanding sign that would have a greater percentage of variable message area than permitted and located closer to the northern property line than permitted.
