Fields Ertel Sidewalk
Bids for the Fields Ertel Sidewalk project will be received by the Symmes Township at the Office of the Board of Trustees of Symmes Township, 9323 Union Cemetery Road, Symmes Township, Ohio 45140, until Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: The installation of sidewalk along Mason Road from Chapel Square Drive to Fields Ertel Road and on Fields Ertel Road from Mason Road to Montgomery Road. There will also be some drive aprons replaced throughout the project corridor.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One.
