The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office has a registry of security cameras supplied by local volunteer businesses and residents. If a crime is committed in an area covered by the cameras, investigators can ask to see any video that can help them solve the crime. The HSCO does not have access to the video feeds, they just know that the cameras are there. If you would like to help keep your neighborhood safe, you can register your camera with the HCSO.
