Tom Gavano and Jim Goebel are the beekeepers for the hives at Meade Park. They will offer a display table to educate young and old about beekeeping at Meade Park on
Monday, September 1 from 10 am until noon.
They will have hives to look at, a display table and their equipment, suits, and extra hive boxes. They will also have educational posters and be on hand to answer questions.
It will be a great way for kids and adults to learn about bees keeping as well as taste some of the honey that’s been produced in these hives.
