NOTICE OF BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MEETING OF SYMMES TOWNSHIP
The Symmes Township Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Monday July 7, 2025, at 7:00pm. This meeting will be held at the Symmes Township Administration Building, 9323 Union Cemetery Road, Loveland, OH 45140.
Cases for consideration are:
2025-06; Evangeline Devol (11905 Rich Road), Variance request for a six foot privacy fence in the front yard area in a “B” residential district
2025-07; Donna Tyra (12170 Cedar Drive) Variance request to live in RV during home repair
2025-08 Stephen Schricten (10167 Lincoln Road) Variance request for residential addition having less than the required side yard setback and a retaining wall having less than required front yard setback.
