The Zoning Commission will meet on December 17 to consider a request from Express Wash Concepts at 12167 Montgomery Road to modify the approved final development plan. The request is to remove the westernmost existing pay station island and install a new pay station booth in the same location at the westernmost entrance lane to the existing car wash use on the property.
