Notice is hereby given that the Board of Township Trustees of Symmes Township will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 1st at 6:00pm for the purpose of receiving public input about a zone change from “EE” Planned Retail to “OO” Planned Office. The applicant plans to convert the existing office building into a cultural center, including church uses, classrooms, office space and other uses not permitted in the existing retail zoning district. The subject property is located at 8800 Governors Hill Drive (Parcel #620-0202-0028). This meeting will be held at the Administration building, 9323 Union Cemetery Road, prior to the Board's regular meeting.
