Zoning Commission to Review Text Amendments & Proposed Changes to Silver Spring House

The Zoning Commission will meet on Wednesday, September 16th at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom to review the following:
  • Text Amendments - The Zoning Commission will review the text amendments to the Zoning Resolution. (This issue was continued from last month).   • Amendment to Final Development Plan - The Zoning Commission will review an amended application received by Brian Doll, Cincinnati United Contractors Inc. for a Final Development Plan (FDP) to allow the construction of a 3,158 s.f. building addition and walk-in cooler on the main building and installation of a 500 s.f. storage shed on the property.  The subject property is owned by Silver Spring House and is located at 8322 East Kemper Road, on the northeast corner of Kemper and Snider Road intersection (Parcel #620-0210-0040).  Plans are on file and open for public inspection or you can view here.
