The Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing to hear Symmes #2023-01 for Silver Spring House at its meeting scheduled for April 11, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Township Administration building.  

The Board of Township Trustees will review a Major Revision to an existing “EE” Planned Residence district and zone change application received to change the zoning from “A” Residence to “EE” Planned Residence District (with subservient retail). The applicant plans to replace the existing “EE” Planned Residence case (Symmes #2014-01) and expand the existing restaurant property to allow demolition of an existing single-family home for construction of a parking lot addition. The subject property is located at 8322 E. Kemper Road & 11540 Snider Road, on the east side of Snider Road, north of Kemper Road (Parcel #620-0210-0040/0043).
