Township Hiring Records Retention Assistant

Symmes Township is accepting applications for a Records Retention Assistant. This is an administrative position in the Township’s Finance Department. Workers in this classification are responsible for assisting in the maintenance of public records, taking inventory of the records, and preparing the records for proper disposal. This position may include other administrative work such as typing and possible data entry. Duties are performed under the supervision of the Fiscal Officer. The successful candidate must be a high school graduate or have an equivalent diploma and possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator’s License. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age. The starting salary will be $15.00 per hour.
