Fields-Ertel Road, mainly between Snider Road and Wilkens Boulevard, and Snider Road, just north and south of Fields-Ertel Road, will experience traffic delays due to tree clearing operations from March 1st through March 31st, weather permitting.  Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. 

The lane closure(s) is for the tree clearing operations in preparation for utility relocation.  The utility relocation is being completed for the upcoming Fields-Ertel Road Widening Project.  Tree clearing is being completed by a contractor for Duke Energy.  Motorists may want to seek alternate routes to avoid delay.
