HUD has allocated $5.4 million to Hamilton County through the HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) for housing and supportive services that help homeless individuals or families, or those at risk of being homeless, individuals fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking or human trafficking or veterans that met one of the groups mentioned above.

In order to prepare its HOME-ARP Allocation Plan, Hamilton County needs to conduct a needs assessment, gather stakeholders, obtain the community's input, and identify how it will allocate these funds.  Your input will help the County prioritize how it uses these funds.
