Board of Zoning Appeals to Meet in June

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Symmes Township, Hamilton County, Ohio will hear the following cases on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 7:00pm via Zoom:  

  • Symmes case #SM2020-02 - A Conditional Use permit for the construction of a 400-sf open structure at the Indian Hill Shooting Club under Article 35 of the zoning resolution. The subject property is owned by the Village of Indian Hill, located at 7250 Glendale Milford Road, Camp Dennison, Ohio 45111, which is located south of Camp Dennison (Parcel #620-0120-0007). THIS CASE HAS BEEN CONTINUED TO JULY 6TH.
  •  Symmes case #SM2020-03 - Construction of a second wall sign, and that exceeding the square footage limitation permitted under Sections 41, Section 321.4, Section 321.4-1 and Section 281 of the zoning resolution. The subject property is Donatos, located at 11924 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249, which is located near the intersection of Enyart and Montgomery Road (Parcel #620-0190-0582).
  • Symmes case #SM2020-04 - Construction of a seasonal 20 X 40 tent to sell produce June through September permitted under Sections 394 Temporary Sales, of the zoning resolution. The subject property is Blooms and Berries Farm Market, located at 10910 Loveland Madeira Road, Loveland, Ohio 45140, which is located at the intersection of Loveland Madeira Road and Twightwee Road (Parcel #620-0092-0170).
  • Symmes case #SM2020-05 - Construction of a detached garage to be located within the front yard permitted under Sections 41, Section 281, Section 342.3 and Section 351.3 of the zoning resolution. The subject property is owned by Rick Purdy, located at 8889 Remington Road, Loveland, Ohio 45140, which is located at the intersection of Remington Road and Glendale Milford Road (Parcel #620-0241-0140).
  • Symmes case #SM2020-06 - Construction of a commercial addition with less than required 30’-0” side yard setback, less than required 50’-0” rear yard setback, a front yard streetscape buffer deficient in its location and number of shrubs provided, and no left yard boundary buffer provided permitted under Sections 41, Section 281, Section 104 Area Requirements, Section 104.2, 104.2-1 Side Yard, Section 104.3 Rear Yard, Section 105, Section 105.1 Transition Regulations, Section 328, Section 328.1-3 Transition Buffer Yard Requirements, Section 328.2-7 Streetscape buffer yards of the zoning resolution. The subject property is owned by Brent Sheppard, located at 8772 Glendale Milford Road, Loveland, Ohio 45142, which is located near the intersection of Loveland Madeira Road and Glendale Milford Road (Parcel #620-0241-0053).
