Board of Zoning Appeals to Hear Three Cases in May

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Symmes Township, Hamilton, County, Ohio will hear Symmes case #BZA 2018-04, at its meeting scheduled for May 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. The Board of Zoning Appeals will review an application received for a conditional use for the Montgomery Community Church to expand the parking area per Article 6 Section 62 Table 35-1 of the Symmes Township Zoning Resolution that lists churches as a conditional use in the Residential Zone A. The subject property is located at 11251 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249, which is located near the intersection of Kemper Road and Montgomery Road next to Harpers Station (Parcel #620-0210-0017).
