Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Commission of Symmes Township, Hamilton County, Ohio, has continued its review of Symmes #96-04, Decor Lighting, to its meeting scheduled for April 22, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Township Safety Center, 8871 Weekly Lane. Information is on file and open for public inspection.

Board of Zoning Appeals

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Symmes Township Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing an Appeal #2010-07 filed by appellant, John Holloway, 12180 Maple Drive, 45140, from Notice of Refusal for a zoning certificate for the construction of a residential addition on an existing single family residence with less front yard setback than required for the property located at 12180 Maple Drive. This hearing will be held at the Township Administration building, 9323 Union Cemetery Road. Plans are on file and open for public inspection.
