• Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Symmes Township Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing Appeal #2012-01 filed by appellant, ABC Signs, 38 West McMicken Avenue 45202 from Notice of Refusal for a zoning certificate for the construction of a second freestanding sign that exceeds the height and area permitted for a groundmounted sign for the property located at 8755 Fields Ertel Road. This hearing will be held at the Township Administration Building, 9323 Union Cemetery Road. Plans are on file and open for public inspection.
  
  
• Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Symmes Township Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing Appeal #2012-02 filed by appellant, Jake Brandyberry, 1248 Bondick Drive 45230 from Notice of Refusal for a zoning certificate for the construction of an attached deck with less rear yard setback than required on a corner lot at 11124 Loveland Trace Court. This hearing will be held at the Township Administration Building, 9323 Union Cemetery Road. Plans are on file and open for public inspection.
