The meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m.

Gail Trickey made a motion to approve the December minutes and Elizabeth Murphy seconded the motion.

Jerry Beckman stated the Township is still working on the Environmental Study.  The Trustees denied the Committee’s request for a budget.

Shellie Housley has been looking at parks on the internet. Committee to go to parks and take pictures of different things that appeal to them.

Jerry Klems stated he would like to see a dog fountain and batting cages on the Rozzi property. He also supports hiking trails.

Elizabeth Murphy stated she would like to see more dog parks throughout our parks.

Several people said that the dog park in Symmes is closed in the winter.  We need a dog park that can stay open year round.

Jerry Beckman to get RFQ’s out as soon as possible.

Elizabeth Murphy to finalize the feedback letter being sent out.

Tanner McFall to get questionnaire ready for the Township website.

February 13th meeting to be advertised to invite the public to come for their input in the development of the Rozzi property.

The Committee wishes Ken Bryant all the best in his recovery.
