Trustees Amend Driveway Regulations Fee

Please be advised that on February 5, 2008 the Board of Trustees amended Resolution G-9206, Resolution Adopting Driveway Regulations and Pavement and/or Right-of-Way Opening Provisions for Symmes Township. This resolution amended the required application fee to $50. This resolution will become effective on March 15, 2008.

A copy of the "Rules and Regulations" is available for review at the Township Administration Building, 9323 Union Cemetery Road, and at the Hamilton County Law Library, Room 601, County Court House, 1000 Main Street, Cincinnati, OH. Copies may also be purchased for $8.00 at the Township Administration Building.

As required, this notice shall be posted in five conspicuous public places in the Township for thirty days and published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Township for three consecutive weeks.
