Cleanup Day Offers Recycling Opportunities

Symmes Township and the Loveland Sustainability Council are sponsoring a "One Stop Drop" on Saturday, May 20th from 9:00am-3:00pm at Hopewell Meadows Park.  This free event, held in conjunction with Cleanup Day, offers residents a convenient way to get rid of trash and other items that they may not need responsibly.

Below is a list of participants and acceptable items:

Ohio Valley Goodwill
 Furniture   Glassware
 Linens   Purses 
 Toys/Games   Clothing, Shoes, Coats
 Books   Luggage
 Bicycles   Flat Screen TVs
 
 Flat Screen Computer Monitors      
       
Due to the high cost of disposal, Goodwill is no longer accepting tube style televisions and CRT computer monitors.

Cabinets   Light Fixtures & Ceiling Fans
Doors   Hardware & Tools
Lawn & Garden             Housewares
Clean Mattresses & Box Springs   Windows (thermal pane only)

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO HAZARDOUS HOUSEHOLD WASTE WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS EVENT.
