The meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m.  Members of the Board present were: Mr. Philip Beck, Mr. Kenneth Bryant and Mrs. Kathryn Wagner.

Also present:  Gerald Beckman - Township Administrator; Carol Sims - Township Assistant Fiscal Officer.

Panel members consisted of:  Jim Drummoud, PUCO; Brenda Fargo, First Energy Solutions; Andrew Ritch and Dan Jones, Duke Retail; Mark Burns - Independent Energy Consultant; Chris Gilbert - Springfield Township; Brenda Coffey – Integys; Spence Faxton - Energy Alliances.

MR. BRYANT moved to appoint Carol Sims as Acting Fiscal Officer.  Mrs. Wagner seconded the motion and the roll call vote was as follows: Mr. Beck - 'aye'; Mr. Bryant - 'aye'; Mrs. Wagner - 'aye'.

The purpose of the special meeting was to present information regarding the November ballot issues dealing with the proposed local governmental natural gas aggregation program and the proposed local governmental electricity aggregation program.

Mr. Bryant thanked everyone who participated on the panel and the residents for attending this special meeting.  Mr. Bryant announced that the meeting was being taped by ICRC and would be played in order to allow other residents to view the meeting and learn about these two November ballot issues.
