The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m.  Members of the Board present were:  Mr. Kenneth Bryant and Mr. Eric Minamyer.

Also present:  Carol Sims - Township Assistant Fiscal Officer; Chip Brinkman - Township Road Foreman.

The purpose of the Special Meeting was to discuss a nuisance complaint for the property located at 12000 Mason Court.

MR. MINAMYER moved to appoint Carol Sims as Acting Fiscal Officer.  Mr. Bryant seconded the motion and the roll call vote was as follows: Mr. Minamyer - 'aye'; Mrs. Wagner - 'absent'; Mr. Bryant - 'aye'.

MR. BRINKMAN presented the Board with pictures which depicted the overflowing dumpster containers on this property.  Mr. Brinkman advised that the management firm is currently in the process of cleaning up these area. 

MR. MINAMYER advised that Board was made aware of this problem and scheduled this Special Meeting in order to take action.  In the meantime, Mr. Brinkman contacted the property owners regarding the problem and has been working to correct the situation.  Mr. Minamyer suggested the Board take the appropriate action to declare the property a nuisance so it is in place if the problem is not abated.

MR. MINAMYER moved to declare the property at 12000 Mason Court as a nuisance.  Mr. Bryant seconded the motion and the roll call vote was as follows: Mr. Minamyer - 'aye'; Mrs. Wagner - 'absent'; Mr. Bryant - 'aye'.

The meeting adjourned at 2:05 p.m.
