The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.  Members of the Board present were: Mr. Philip Beck, Mr. Kenneth Bryant, Mrs. Kathryn Wagner, and Mr. John Borchers.

Also present:  Gerald Beckman - Township Administrator; Robert Malloy - Township Law Director.

The purpose of the Special Meeting was to enter Executive Session to consider the purchase of real property and to discuss pending litigation.

The Board, Township Administrator and Law Director introduced themselves to the Loveland Board of Education and others in attendance.  The Loveland Board of Education members and Loveland Superintendent, as well as the Board Attorney, introduced themselves to the Trustees and others in attendance.  Three members of the Loveland City Council were also in attendance and introduced themselves.

Mrs. Wagner moved that the Board enter Executive Session to consider the purchase of real property and to discuss imminent court action.  Mr. Bryant seconded the motion and the roll call vote was as follows:  Mrs. Wagner - 'aye'; Mr. Bryant - 'aye'; Mr. Beck - 'aye'.

The meeting adjourned for Executive Session at 7:30 p.m.

MRS. WAGNER stated that the Board did not expect to take any action following the Executive Session.

The Board departed to a private room on the floor above the Board room and met in Executive Session with Robert Malloy, Township Law Director.  Mr. Beckman was also in attendance.

The meeting reconvened from Executive Session at 7:45 p.m.

The meeting adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
