BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees of Symmes Township will hold a Special Meeting on January 31, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to receive public input and comments regarding the proposed usage of Hopewell Meadows Park fields by organized youth sports and the the purpose of entering into Executive Session to discuss the employment of a public employee. This meeting will be held at the Township Administration Building, 9323 Union Cemetery Road.

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Symmes Township Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing Appeal #2012-01 filed by appellant, ABC Signs, 38 West McMicken Avenue 45202 from Notice of Refusal for a zoning certificate for the construction of a second freestanding sign that exceeds the height and area permitted for a groundmounted sign for the property located at 8755 Fields Ertel Road. BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Symmes Township Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing Appeal #2012-02 filed by appellant, Jake Brandyberry, 1248 Bondick Drive 45230 from Notice of Refusal for a zoning certificate for the construction of an attached deck with less rear yard setback than required on a corner lot at 11124 Loveland Trace Court.
