ZONING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Commission of Symmes Township, Hamilton County, Ohio, will hear Symmes #96-04, Decor Lighting, at its meeting scheduled for March 17, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. The Zoning Commission will review a proposed modification to the Final Development Plan to permit the construction of a telecommunication tower on the southwest portion of the property behind the existing building containing the office and showroom of the lighting business located at 11085 Montgomery Road. This meeting will be held at the Township Administration Building, 9323 Union Cemetery Road. Information is on file and open for public inspection.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the office of the Board of Trustees of Symmes Township, 9323 Union Cemetery Road, Symmes Township, Ohio 45140-9386 until March 25, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. for furnishing the equipment, material and labor necessary for the repair and resurfacing of approximately 13,114 lineal feet of designated township streets, repair of approximately 7,530 lineal feet of designated curb and repair of approximately 33 catch basins, according to specifications for such improvement on file with the Board of Township Trustees. Bids will be publicly opened and tabulated at the hour specified above.

Information and specifications are available at the Symmes Township Administration Building, 9323 Union Cemetery Road, or by calling 683-6644.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a one hundred percent (100%) bid guaranty bond or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, conditioned that the bidder shall, if his bid is accepted, execute a contract in conformity to the invitation and his bid. Bidders must use the printed forms provided therein.

The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, conditioned according to law.

The Board of Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part therof.

The contract will be let to the lowest and best possible bidder.
